Hotel per famiglie in Minnesota

“Staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was not super great outside of our hotel room, and there were stains on our blankets. There weren’t towels in the pool area 3/4 times we went swimming. We had to go to the clear front of the hotel when we needed new towels everyday so that was annoying. The shower we got leaked EVERYWHERE and the sink took HOURS to drain. The amount we spent on this hotel was outrageous for how the hotel itself was. Definitely not worth the money we spent, just...

“Not very good lighting in the room. Nice to have a fridge but ours wasn’t working. Suggestion to have Mall of America or Minneapolis brochures so we can see what is offered out there. Plus, a map to where to park would be helpful. Signs that say no hotel parking but that is where the overflow parking is made me question if I could park there the entire night.”

“Convenient to the airport as I had a short trip. Coffee available all day! Shuttle to airport was appreciated. Room had everything I needed. Comfy bed! I would definitely stay here again.”
