“Good hotel in the center of luleå. Room was clean and breakfast good. Easy parking. Only thing was the bathroom incredibly small not really up to the hotel standards. ”

“Ingen fungerande TV och dålig (sen) återkoppling när det anmäldes ( ett sms på söndag om felanmälning). Inget som åtgärdades under vår vistelse fredag-måndag. Eftersom det inte finns tillgänglig personal på plats borde det vara bättre personlig support vid "fel" och mer ambition att lösa upplevda problem.”
