“Schöne Anlage und gutes Frühstück, aber der Service war für ein Fünf Sterne Resort absolut enttäuschend. - In der letzten Nacht konnten wir stundenlang nicht schlafen, weil eine Mitarbeiterin nachts über Stunden laut mit Wagen über den Flur schepperte und permanent in ihr Walkie Talkie schrie - Checkout dauerte über 15 Minuten, wir wurden mehrfach mit „5 Minuten“ vertröstet und erst nachdem wir angekündigt hatten zu gehen, passierte überhaupt etwas - Vor der Anreise keinerlei Antwort auf...

Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty of tour shops around the area. A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished.”

“We loved our stay in Cat Ba! Linda was an amazing host and the staff were so helpful. We had the most delicious hot pot there one evening. Linda helped us with all our planning. It had a quaint garden with puppies running around, and monkeys howling in the distance. A/C worked and our daughter swam in the pool at night. Would recommend if looking for a homestay in the area!”
