“We had such a wholesome time in this beautiful house in Middenbeemster. The host, her brother and her mom were always available when we needed something and really cared for our wellbeing. We were able to see so much: Amsterdam, the beach, beautiful Middenbeemster and so so so many cows! “We can't say enough good things about our stay here! We were a group of 8 (two sisters' families, with adult kids) and we spent Christmas week. There was room for everyone, plus more if needed. The bathrooms are set up really conveniently for a big group---sort of like at a summer camp, with a boys' and a girls' bathroom, each with two toilet stalls, two sinks, and two showers. “Martijn’s place was great, it was a nice and spacious house. Martijn was an excellent host and was responsive, he even dropped by the house to make sure we were doing alright. It is a bit hard to go into Amsterdam city from this location. It is around an €11/person ticket to get into Amsterdam city on the bus.
