“We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year. ”

“Ideal resort for young kids. It’s much like camping so if that isn’t your thing, you may be disappointed. Interesting rooms, ample beds and bedding. The A/C does keep the room cold. We stayed in a teepee. Two bunks as you enter, one on either side. Sink in front of you, shower to the left, toilet to the right. “The best hotel stay we had in Bacolod City. Everything was exceptional! Breakfast buffet was super delicious with classy appetizing presentation. Laundry & Dry cleaning was quick & on time. “The breakfast menu is good. It's not monotonous. They have good internet connection. Room is clean however some of the complimentary like slippers & hairdryer, i guess you have to request them. They should have come handy for the guest right away though. Just bring your own toiletries if you're staying for a week or more. Not saying anything else. We're still grateful that they really good staffs. We wanted to stay longer but we found another place that is closer and more accessible for...

“Perfect stay at Bugana, the villa was well set up and lots of room for a family of four. We never had a bad meal and the choice for breakfast had something for everyone. The pool overlooks the beach so it’s very easy to keep an eye on the kids, but our favourite part was the staff so friendly and helpful. We will defiantly be staying again. ”

“We stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms for our stay. Property is nice surrounded by lots of trees, flowers and they have an organic vegetable garden, however, summer in Philippines is hot. Air conditioning is good however you need the room key to start it. So when away and coming back, it will take a bit of time to get the room to a comfortable temperature. “The resort itself is picturesque but deep down it needs some renovations especially in the rooms . I got to stay in 4 different rooms over a 3 weeks there & all but the final room had issues of one kind or another. The staff are very friendly and that was the standcout of my visit there .”
