I would think that despite the issue with finding pubic hair all over the toilet seat of an otherwise clean room, l would at least be upgraded or at least get a similar sized room. I instead ”

“The management of the hotel wasn't great. I arrived by 4pm (2hours after check-in time of 2.00pm) but the room wasn't ready so I had to wait for it to be cleaned. 2. “Nice place to stay However while most of the staff were lovely and efficient- some could do with putting a smile on their faces and not ignore someone who has paid for a room. It would also help if bar/ restaurant staff were up to date with availability in the kitchen. It took us three goes to order our meals as we were informed “ not available” AFTER ordering and waiting patiently ”
