I would think that despite the issue with finding pubic hair all over the toilet seat of an otherwise clean room, l would at least be upgraded or at least get a similar sized room. I instead ”

“Great value for money! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. It’s a simple place, but it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I got good discount for staying over a week which I was glad about. One very important part-there is always electricity. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice place to stay However while most of the staff were lovely and efficient- some could do with putting a smile on their faces and not ignore someone who has paid for a room. It would also help if bar/ restaurant staff were up to date with availability in the kitchen. It took us three goes to order our meals as we were informed “ not available” AFTER ordering and waiting patiently ”

“The wheat baker staff are incredible, professional to a hilt and warm and friendly. I arrived in shock to realise that the swimming pool and gym were under reconstruction and the view from my executive suite was an active construction site. The Manager and front desk staff patiently explained that Expedia was aware and it was on their direct site. The only saving grace was the quality of the staff, at each touch point, it was warmth and understanding. In the end, I drew the drapes and kept them...
