“When I got to the Motel I was informed that my booking does not exist. I showed them proof of payment but I was informed that it's not valid. I was informed to contact Hotel.com and ask for refund because they dont work with hotel.com. Can hotel.com please refund me”

But it's important to note, the map on Expedia shows the hotel in the city center but the hotel is actually further away at the edge of town (Google Maps or MapsMe shows it in the correct location). Otherwise, very good deal for the price.”

“The overall experience was pleasant. I was just a little disappointed that the rooms are not modern enough and had no usb charging ports. The electricity sockets are square instead of using the universal round. Also has to choose between having the fridge on or using the electric kettle.”

“Reception wanted payment although it had been paid through Expedia - that issue was resolved very promptly by the manager. The amount they wanted was less than paid to Expedia. The 'garden view' was really a carpark view. The room was comfortable but several lights were not working and it was not as clean as it should be - cobwebs in the bathroom. The restaurant was adequate. ”

“Die New Earth Guest Lodge ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um in Francistown zu übernachten. Die Besitzerin, Patricia Quimper ist ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfreich. Eine grosse Shopping Mall, Tankstellen und die Ausfallstrasse Richtung Maun/Nata und Gaborone sind in der Nähe. Die Lodge liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier und hat sichere Parkplätze. Uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen, wir würden sofort wieder dort übernachten.”

“Very pleasant stay - property quiet, very clean and very pleasant staff. The only disappointment was that we had a kitchen with teas and coffees but no cups and also only one towel in the bathroom. There was no hot water - was only just warm. Could be because of solar geyser and the fact that it was an overcast day? Despite this very good value for money and I would stay here again.”
