“This is a really well ran camp. Probably the most organised place that we stayed in in Sri Lanka. The area is very peaceful and safe and the tent very comfortable! The complimentary afternoon tea each day was a nice touch with some freshly cooked local delicasies. The safari was fantastic and the dinner each evening was the nicest food that we ate in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend ”

“The Aryana hotel exceeded our expectations. The whole place was spotless, service was terrific, the food was delicious and the hospitality was incredible. Nelu, the manager took care of ourselves, he made sure we enjoyed our stay in all aspects, he gave us tips for our trip, helped secure a tuktuk to take us around, and engaged in meaningful conversation. He even provided us with a free upgrade as our room was not very confortable the first night. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“It started with a bad surprise, for which I would blame Hotels.com as they showed pictures of the Mahoora tents, but booked us in the Big Game tent… a lower standard. Once that issue was cleared, we truely enjoyed our stay… the Mahoora tent is amazing, in a stunning environment. Service is great, candle dinner is amazing… and the safari organization was perfect.”

Sijainti oli syrjässä keskustasta, mutta saavuimme vasta illallisen jälkeen ja lähdimme heti aamupalan jälkeen, joten sijainti ei haitannut. Temppelit on niin laajalla alueella, että niiden kiertämiseen tarvitsee joka tapauksessa jonkun kulkupelin. Tämä paikka järjesti meille auton ja kuljettajan. “Hotel met maar een handjevol kamers, gerund door de enorm vriendelijke en behulpzame familie. De kamer was heel groot - 3 bedden, goed werkende airco en ventilator. Het hotel ligt midden in de natuur (op een steenworp van het 'centrum') en de rust 's ochtends is dan ook geweldig. “På ingen måder pengene værd. “Luksusteltet” var. Meget slidt, der lugtede meget grimt. Der kom en tynd stråle koldt vand ud af bruseren, ingen toiletartikler. Maden var det kedeligste vi har fået på alle 3 uger. Vi så en elefant, et par vandbøfler og en ugle på en 7-timers Safari. (I Yale nationalpark så vi Bjørn, 2 leoparder, elefanter, masser af vandbøfler og en krokodille på 3 timer) Alt i alt spild af penge!”
