Dead gesamte Hotel riecht nach Tierkot, ist sehr dreckig, Lichter flackern, Einrichtung ist defekt, die Wände im Aufzug sind vollgespuckt, der Aufzug selbst ist in miserablem Zustand. Es gibt keine funktionierende Klimaanlage und die Fotos auf Expedia sind definitiv aus dem Internet gestohlen…”

“The experience was well below standard, and certainly not what we expected from a chain of this reputation. The behavior of the staff was poor — at the reception we were rudely told that check out will have to be at 8am(!). To make things worse, they called us at 7am, waking us up in deep sleep, to say that we have to vacate the room at 8am. At the restaurant, a man called Surya had terrible behavior - first making us wait for no reason, talking to us in what we now took to be customary rude...
