“Property was ok. No proper check in arrangements. On line descriptions inaccurate. No on site catering available.”

“Nice place, good location. Very quiet. Host was very helpful. Thank you.”

“We had a great stay! Tim was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and as other guests have said - the photos don’t do it justice. The bedrooms are good sizes and we had everything we needed. My daughter appreciated the tvs with access to app subscriptions. The hot tub is huge, very relaxing. Lovely to have a fire and outside space. Being next to the stream and right by the waterfall was a great bonus. ”

“Breakfast, parking, location”

“Ho avuto un soggiorno brevissimo ma il gestore è stato molto simpatico e disponibile, dandoci buone informazioni”

“Exactly as anyone would hope a hotel or guest house would be with friendly staff, clean & well furnished / equipped rooms & a great breakfast.”

“The location was beautiful on the sea front and near the electric train. We rented a car for one day and we were easily able to find parking in front of the building. We didn’t eat breakfast at King’s House as we were busy in the mornings. We got fresh towels each day and a fresh supply of cookies and tea. The staff were eager to help with whatever you needed.”

“Old but fair hotel. rooms small, clean but with extremely poorly equipped very small and not so functional bathrooms. Staff was kind, room was serviced ok, breakfast acceptable though very slowly prepared. Ok for very short leisure stays. I would not reccomend it for business trips or for long stays.”

“The rooms are clean, the staff are fantastic and their breakfast is wonderful.”
