“The building closest to the Falls is in need of serious renovations. Rooms still have dirty carpets, torn screens on door to balcony, very small TVs , fans in bathroom do not work. The grounds are clean. The price includes breakfast but should reflect the disrepair of the rooms. No amenities on premises.”

“The room was on the 2nd floor although I advised at time of booking, of my mobility issues with stairs. No elevator! The room was a dark and dingy room with dingy carpet noting the room didn’t have an outside window for fresh air; only a door opening above an indoor pool and as you can see, NO steps to get out anywhere should the need arise! This was a fire trap and I’m thinking its not even within the scope of legal! The room was permeated with the strongest smelling chlorine that I felt it on...

“The mattress had a huge dip. We had a terrible sleep. Management unhelpful, said it was my responsibility to notify them from an old problem that was easy to see. Its not customers’s responsibility to inform staff when they need to change a mattress!!!”

“Great location; easy access to grocery stores and restaurants, short wak to the falls and the gorge hiking trail. The apartment is clean and has everything you need including laundry and an equipped kitchen.”

“I loved the Pet friendly, the apartment itself could use some updating but, was clean and comfortable and location was convenient. Off street parking would be beneficial as my truck was struck by a vehicle parked on the street and had it not been for a local reaident the out of province driver would have fled. The onsite personnel were fantastic as well. The coomon hallway also needs an update as well.”

“The place has been all redone. Nice clean rooms with a friendly staff. It’s nice having a restaurant at the motel.”

“I enjoyed my stay overall. I had a small issue with the linens, but the owner was very receptive and easy to talk to. I really appreciated the communication with the host throughout the stay.My biggest challenge was the Murphy bed, but that's more a reflection of me getting older and being short than a problem with the property itself.The location was perfect, and the small house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.”
