“We booked a night stay as it was walking distance to the harvest music festival, so even though it was expensive it was worth it for us to be so close to the festival. However, the room itself was not worth half of what we paid. The ceilings were unbelievably low, the room was dark and dingy and we had no air conditioning. “What a beautiful property. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Free parking, about a 30 minute walk to the heart of downtown Fredericton. Very quiet. The only very slight issue was a very firm mattress. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely return.”

“Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others...
