“Staff at the front desk were kind and welcoming . The room was very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and rooms were updated nicely.”

“There was no outlet in the bathroom but one on the wall just outside the door. The bathroom door had a nice sized mirror on the bedroom size for drying hair. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. I had my own so no problem. The room was smaller and perfect for a night or two. Appearance was fresh and clean. Would stay again”

“Excellent in all regards. Host Fred very welcoming. House is filled with amazing collectibles from all over the world. We had the bedroom at the end of the hall upstairs which was very comfortable with its own very modern bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with lots of fresh fruit and specially prepared scrambled eggs bacon and home fries!!! The 3 French bulldogs were a bonus. We would highly recommend this property to future travelers.”

“Beautiful little cabin. Really appreciated the hot tub! The mattress was extremely comfortable. Very private setting.”

“My boys loved the place! The kayaks, fishing rod and fire pit were great. However the smell of pet urine and perfume covered the carpets. There was a film ontop of the carpets almost like a wax and we had to keep socks on. I see past guests said the same thing but the claims were dismissed as bad guests. The scent is a real problem, please change the flooring so guests can fully enjoy the experience.”

“The only problem was that we paid for the breakfast package but on the last morning we could not get a seat as the restaurant was busy. Disappointed we missed out on a breakfast we paid for.”

“Ottima posizione, ottimo il ristorante, camere grandi e silenziose. Parcheggio disponibile sul retro. Unica pecca un intasamento allo scarico della vasca da sistemare.”

“camere co affaccio sul mare e balcone . non arrivate tardi che non c’è niente per mangiare nemmeno nei dintorni. fermatevi da tim hurton se siete in ritardo.”

“Overall great experience”

“Siamo arrivati tardi e andati via presto, ma sono stati disponibili per un check in tari e la camera era pulita.”

“All was excellent Including the deer enjoying their walk around the yard both AM and PM”

“Nice big rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful view over bay. 8 miles to nearest eatery. WiFi account, but mostly patchy. Log on on, but no wifi available”

“Deepest appreciation Bruce and Bronte ! You're a home away from home (ours is Comox Valley, Vancouver Island, BC)”

“Clean room, helpful staff, great location.”

“It’s a beautiful historic property. We were greeted on arrival and given great information about the area. It’s a short walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, temperature controls were available and felt very private. We did not get to enjoy the onsite cafe but will look forward to it next trip.”

“Amazing staff!!”
