“Positive: (1) staff smiles, (2) decent breakfast, (3) security, (4) parking, (5) working AC, (6) accommodated 1 more day stay due to flight delay Negative: (1) toilet: (a) replaced seat was too small - too small to crap and piss at the same time, (b) seat kept falling, (c) barely flushed (2) shower: (a) broken temperature knob, (b) on-demand water heater that scaled or froze you, (c) loose towel rack, (d) caulk patch work as "fix", (e) roaches (3) bed: (a) hard pillows, (b) bedding feels...

“The overall experience is really good. Stayed 2 nights with my partner. Staff are very friendly. Walking to locations can take some time however the hotel has small transit units like golf buggies. Call reception and they come to collect and drop off. No telephone in the room and no room service was slightly disappointing. Swimming pools need to be cleaned more frequently. Staff are very friendly. Food was really nice. Very quiet location if you want to completely switch off from things. Lovely...

“I come from the United States so my review may be different from others. But the property was clean, working hot water, free amenities and morning breakfast, cold ac, working elevator, and helpful friendly staff. Only dislike was only having one thin bed sheet for bedding and some internet connectivity issues. Other than that great price for the value for what you get compared to other hotels in the area.”

“My shower head was not working properly and it leaked water all day and all night. When you shower only squirts of water.”

“I had an excellent stay at Villa Marii for 12 days. The property is small but has everything you need. Firm bed , firm pillows , nice AC, just how I like it. Shower with endless hot water, which is rare in philippines. Staff friendly and attentive always asking to freshen the room or provide towels and water. Breakfast is included and is great. Full restaurant onsite as well. You will not be disappointed.”

“Location is good. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast is okay, it’s different daily. There are cockroaches however. Towels seem to have seen better days.”

“bello bello, tutto bello anche il wi fi andava quasi sempre bene”

“Soggiornato con la mia Compaga, scopo della visita era il vicino ufficio immigrazione dove ho rinnovato il Visto turistico. E visto che abbiamo risolto il primo giorno siamo ripartiti la mattina seguente anche se avevamo prenotato per due giorni.”

“Everything was great ”

“ No shower. No toilet flush. No water on the sink. All I got was a pail with a tub for showering and flushing.”
