“Great position could not be better ”

“This hotel is an absolute gem! We felt so welcome. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the location ideal for day trips in the Pyrenees or just relaxing on the terrace. Breakfast is wonderful and we highly recommend having dinners at the hotel which are like a luxury restaurant with local seasonal ingredients right at your “home”. This is a special place - highly recommend.”

“We had a very good stay - room is small, but it was enough for us (1 adult and 1 child). Some things were a bit dated, but overall very well equipped for what it is, including bedsheets, towels, shower gel, kitchen utensils etc. Shower was very good (pressure, temperature) which is great after a day of skiing. Mobile reception was quite patchy, so WiFi would have been very useful (it wasn't available). Parking was a bit inconvenient as it's just street parking, outside the apartment complex -...

“Por empezar, para hacer check in adelantado, tenía que avisar 24h antes, y me enviaron esa información el mismo día. Seguido de que no teníamos ni sábanas ni edredón, pasamos frío la primera noche, cuando reclamamos, solo nos dieron una sábana encimera, ni edredón, ni sábana bajera. Y no mencionemos el colchón del sofá cama, una vergüenza, fino como una loncha de queso, se clavan los hierros del sofá. Queríamos pasar una estancia acogedora, y fue horrible. El personal educado, y la limpieza...

“Das Appartment selbst war sehr schön und sehr groß. Es war weihnachtlich geschmückt. Die Gebäudeanlage aber ist einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Der Winterdienst war schlecht, so dass es gefährlich war, die Treppen zu den Parkplätzen zu gehen. Der Müll wurde nicht entsorgt. Die Küche ist sehr gut, aber die Ausstattung mangelhaft. Viele Basis-Dinge gibt es nicht, wie z.B. Toaster, Mixstab, ausreichend Kochtöpfe. Als wir ankamen, waren alle Handtücher feucht, das Geschirr in den Schränken zum Teil...
