“Such an unusual hotel. What a wonderfully warm welcome even though we arrived about an hour earlier than the advised check-in time. Beautifully clean rooms. Compact but everything you could possibly need. The only disappointment was the bar and restaurant beong closed on our visit (Monday). Apparently this is the case on Sundays and Mondays although that was not clearly advertised on the site I booked through. Would still highly recommend.”

We were very late checking in but this wasn’t an issue and the owners even told us to get some food at a neighbouring village before coming to check in. When we arrived we were shown to a lovely big room with comfy beds and a great big shower. We were quickly asleep. “This beautiful property exceeded all our expectations and while the listing is accurate it does not really reflect how amazing this property is . Nestled away the property is like a hidden gem set in stunning and well maintained gardens which are a delight to walk around . The tennis court is an added bonus . Inside the house is beautifully maintained with fixtures and fittings in line with the grandeur this property deserves. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our friends...
