“The service was very good, all staff members were helpful, friendly and polite. We were checked in promptly and checked out no issue at all. The room needs some TLC but overall, it was clean and no issue. They even had a pet area for us to walk the dogs with poop bags provided! The area could use some mowing ;) Two suggestions for hotel which is breakfast needs improvement and the signage of hotel was a bit confusing as it was labelled Best Western till you drove up. “We have stayed at Silver Tree and it’s absolutely wonderful! However on this visit, we booked with Expedia. We were not aware that the room we booked was 1 of 2 rooms not owned by Silver Tree. It was another 3rd party Vacation rental. So, beware, that if you book with Expedia, the hotel will not service or have anything to do with these rooms. It is all done through Taylor Made vacation’s. They only give you 1 key, no parking pass, and if you need any additional supplies for the room...

“This cabin is just the neatest thing. Besides it being super cozy, it was so clean and everything smelled so fresh.
