Hotel a Rowlesburg

“A very quiet town (except for multiple trains nearby) next to the Cheat River. Clean, spacious room across the street from good full bar.”

“Very expensive for a cheaply constructed hotel. Thin walls, manufactured building feel throughout (floors were echoey and did not feel well constructed, we could hear the TV from everyone’s rooms just walking down the halls) and was over $140 per night on Expedia. Went down for the free breakfast and there was hardly anything left. No soap shelves in the shower (they had been pulled off or fell off and there were markings on the shower wall from where they had been). Had to put our soap and...

“The lobby and hallways had a smell kind of like body odor you could smell as so as you walk in the room was decent but I think they could be updated the beds were really comfortable all in all I would stay again”

“Facility is falling apart. Mold in the room and bathroom. Garbage facility upon entering property was overflowing. Staff was great.”

“Very clean-- nice area to really relax. I just had to get a board to fit across right when you start up the ramp.cause a big hole. I had my special needs son with me so that wasn't safe for him. But everything was excellent. Oh need a handheld shower head. My son sitting on chair and it was very hard to wash him. He is 36. But loved the setup.”

“Very convenient location, close 2 food, shopping. Nice view of the lake. Great for kayaking & we enjoyed the fire pit, since it was cool in the evenings. Hopefully we will be able 2 return often.”

“The house was exceptionally beautiful and relaxing. Bedrooms weee cozy with lots of fun perks. Breakfast was awesome and I can’t say enough about the lake views from our room the porches snd the grounds. They also take you on a pontoon boat ride. The staff really made us feel pampered and were very helpful.”

“This was Labor Day Weekend, so the activities were all of of the property except for a Dog Day for the Humane society., with country music. Over all very quiet”

“This place was great. It exactly met our needs. There is a great gym, a really nice heated indoor pool and a cute little park. We stayed in one of the townhouses. It was clean and had everything we needed to make meals. We will definitely come back next time we visit WV”
