“worker was nice and friendly I was there 2 times and last I stay last Oct 2 to Oct 11 I recommend this hotel. ambiance was good near the wide beach near the mall very nice to stay.about food was good but they need to add more salad I think coz some there guests is foreign. thank you san antonio resort.”

“The staff and food was very good. The overall hotel needs a face-lift. It smells like mold. The ac is outdated. There is no hot water. The beds are clean. If you are from the US bring your own face cloths or wash cloths. Overall. It was clean, the staff was awesome. But we will probably stay somewhere else when we return to visit.”

“ha una bella panoramica e spaziosa camera solo che il prezzo non è cosi buona come gli altri hotel. troppo caro il prezzo e non è il valore. La colazione bisogna migliorare che fa schifo senza quasi niente... l’aqua del bagno ha il colore che non tanto buona e il dryer di capelli non funziona.”

“Nice sized room. Good pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Wifi internet very poor.”

“aircondationing..clean room..good staff”

“I like coz it’s within the city center. Staff are polite and helpful. No amenities. It’s just a regular hotel. Well maintained.”

“Only one thing I feel not good about the shower, the water coming out from the shower is to weak. But the rest was excellent 👌”

“Building looks nice as you enter, lots of forms to sign before you get your pass card.room clean but massive feature wall with shelving from floor to ceiling waste of space.beds very comfortable..TV not working two reception couldn't fix problem. WIFI EXCELLENT..kitchen has a kettle that is it not even a fridge. Good air-conditioning .the shower room is terrible for mould around floor space and walls, shower is good..would not return”

“Shower not working ,lots of ants ,the bathroom faucet is leaking .”

“Pleasant staff, convenient location. We appreciated the swimming pool. Good for a brief stay for the price, especially if you’re getting out and about. Shower was a bit fiddly but ok. You need to ask for and pay additional for a fridge or microwave. ”

“We like the staff very helpful but there was no elevator for the seniors.”
