“we stayed for five days at San Antonio resort. We found the place very relaxing, staff very helpful and inviting, and the overall ambience very desirable. Some of the property is a bit dated, but all in all it’s a very nice place for our relaxing stay. Staff are excellent excellent!”

“The aircon not working well it is very hot early in the morning i need to call the receptionist right away they come and they offer us to move in different room, and bed is noisy every time you move or turning different position,washroom not clean well i saw some hair in the floor in the add they offer 2bottle of water but not a bottle it is in the pitcher.”

“The staff and the room are ok. The way to the pool was not really nice. Good is you can park directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast was ok, could be better (american) and have fruits add on. The welcome drink was shameful, a icetee or a coffee stick, at the Voucher was a cocktail.”

“Very good valuebfor the money with A/C and hot water. The A/C unit was not working very well in our room. When I reported it, then offered me another room, but I declined because it was not hot outside and not worth the effort for only one night.”

“Pleasant staff, convenient location. We appreciated the swimming pool. Good for a brief stay for the price, especially if you’re getting out and about. Shower was a bit fiddly but ok. You need to ask for and pay additional for a fridge or microwave. ”

“Do not book with this hotel, as they falsely advertise what amenities they have. We booked a room here based on the fact that they advertised that they have a pool, and that its use is included with our room. However, after we checked in and went to use the pool, they told us that the pool is only for special events and would not let us use it.
