“Clealiness”

“Slow check-in process. Front desk staff were not helping much to accommodate all requests. Low floor suite, and extremely noisy outside air condition units.

“We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Alkhobar Hotel and Residences. The experience felt welcoming and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Thank you to the team for making our visit so pleasant. We would be happy to return!”
