“Would not stay here again. It is more of a family place and tthere were tonnes of kids given the holiday season. The property is very tired and given the nightly cost, did not feel it was warranted. Restaurant menu was average at best. ”

“The Phoenician at broadbeach is wonderful. We have stayed many times. Unfortunately this time the Appartement 2816 was very dated, mouldy tiles in the smallest bathroom ever. Very disappointing.The owners should update.”

“Our kids had an absolute ball, staff were lovely, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we went for the 2 days this year that we got torrential rain and suddenly chilly winds, bad luck for us. We were unable to do mini golf, go carts, or jumping pillow as they were closed off. Kids loved the splash pad so really happy that was still able to be used. Great value for money though, hope to go back when it’s sunny!!!”
