“The hotel is very nice and relatively new!
The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor.
Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs.
The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor.

“Great hotel with great breakfast buffet, so much choice.
Location was perfect 10 mins walk to beach and tram stop opposite hotel. 2 small pools either side of hotel so always having sunshine!
Only issue was our toilet didnt flush properly, mentioned it to reception who sent a plumber out straight away but after he had gone still didn't flush properly! But all in all would definitely stay again and would recommend.”

“Not soundproofed rooms like it says. Room was next to the lift, could hear the lift moving up and down quite loudly, certainly enough to keep me awake.
Noise from outside could also be heard a lot. I’ve stayed in quite a few places in Brisbane WITH soundproof and this definitely wasn’t. Room was ok, dated but I expected that. Breakfast very good and nice view but that’s all I have positive about this place. ”
