“customer service from management was terrible! They do not value their loyal customers who have stayed there numerous times over 30 years! very disappointing. We love the actual hotel, but after this incident will find it hard to return and they just didn't care!”

“Great loacation, room was clean on arrival. The room was serviced twice in the 16days we stayed, fresh bedding and towels which is fine, however the bathroom was never cleaned in that whole time which was very poor and there was also a bit of a challange with mould in the bathroom which we had to spray with mould killer regularly.Apart from that everything else was good”

“The apartment we stayed in was fantastic! Very clean, two bathrooms - one with a bath (very handy with 3 kids!), a full sized kitchen and gorgeous water views from every window. We spent a lot of time dining on the balcony, which also overlooked the water and pool area. The service from the Staff was exceptional and the facilities were fantastic!
