“The hotel is very nice and relatively new! The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor. Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor. ”

“Great view and air conditioning works well but not clean and so much blue tack everywhere. The bathrooms were horror and need updating so badly - no one wanted to shower there. Whole apartment needs updating. Really not great.”

“Hotel completamente rinnovato lungo una zona piena di bei locali e ristoranti sul riverside di Brisbane, a due passi dall' iconico Storey bridge. Staff gentilissimo, al mio arrivo mi hanno anche dato l'upgrade ad una camera superior, molto elegante e di design, impeccabile nella pulizia. Shampoo favoloso, per chi è attento anche a questi piccoli dettagli.;) Per chi ha la macchina, non hanno un vero e proprio parcheggio ma lo compensano bene con il valet parking a 49 AUD al giorno. Tornerò...

“I will not stay there again. Kitchen counters were sticky. Mould in the bathroom and dust and dirty ceiling. Cupboard sliding door could not open unless you lift it up to slide it. I could get much better accommodation for the same or better priced. I was not impressed and will not recommend it to anyone. It's really sad and have never had to give a bad review on accommodation before, but this was not up the standard for the price I paid.”
