The plane sounds are so loud it sounds like its going to crash into the place. The floor in our room was super dirty. And the neighborhood is very run down and sketchy looking. “HI !!! I booked the Hotel cause it is close to the Lima Airport and the price was almost 50% off the standard rate (I paid 48 $) . The problem is that the windows are not SOUND PROOF so a lot of noise due to the landing flights . There is not airconditioning but only a fan . The room was relatively cold cause the outside temperature was around 15°C : in summer it would be a disaster cause the temperature could be over 30°C and the landing aircraft noise would be absurd . “Denis was an incredible host! He was right there at the airport to pick me up with a sign bearing my name. He made a wonderful fresh breakfast for his guests the next morning and took me to the Larco Museum the next day. He brought me back to the airport at 0430 with a smile when I had to depart! Please understand that this is a basic room, but that was all I needed. He was very nice.”

“It was clean. Breakfast was brought up to the room in the morning. Close to restraunts and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. Safe place to stay. ”

“The host was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was clean and the water in the shower got hot which was rare in Peru in my experience. Plenty of room for four people. The rooms face the ocean which is nice but also a main street so it is very loud and very bright. Needs black out curtains. Taxi driver advised neighborhood is not safe at night so we didn't go out. ”
