“The main entrance has a couple of benches and is also a taxi pick up and drop off. So you had folks not even staying at the hotel hang around outside all night. Having traveled up on a motorcycle, it was not the most secure situation…even tho they had security guards and hotel main doors lock at 8pm. Got stuck in the hotel elevator… this happened to a few other folks as well. Room appeared clean. It was 80+ degrees for my two night stay with my room air conditioner was pretty much useless and...

“You really do get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable, pillows were comfy. We didn't appreciate the host using speaker phone to use her cell phone early in the morning. There was also slamming of doors by another guest. The host indicated he drinks and stay there often. Both nights the host knocked on the door indicating that the fan was making a vibrating noise on the floor that she could hear in the basement. The 2nd night the towel that she gave us to place under the fan was already...

“Electricity shortage, breaker was fixed quickly after it was reported. On two nights loud arguments on the floor we were on between patrons that was very seious. This disturbed the hours of sleep as it happenned at 4:00 am, 5:30am and 6:00am and continuer outside”

“We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property was very clean. Very nice place place to stay. Quiet street, and easy access to amenities.”

“The unit should be marketed as a bedroom which was nice, bed was comfortable and clean, unfortunately that where the positives end. There's no separate entrance to the unit (read as basement tv room) so there is no real privacy. It was very cold (I live in the Yukon I'm used to cold) with no way to control the temp even though the furnace beside the bedroom was quite loud, so they supply an electric blanket. The TV was big and new with an apple tv and nice speakers attached big full dramatic...

“The property is clean and well maintained. Super amazing that Cynthia ensured there were snacks and water on site as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We had all the information we needed in the check in package and was a fabulous stay for us. We would definitely stay again our next trip to Yellowknife.”

This location is close to both Downtown and Oldtown, making it walking distance from so many sites and restaurants. The fully equipped apartment was comfortable and perfect for our 4 night stay.”
