“An excellent & amazing property. Everything in the room was clean & fresh, though I will note it seems to be a newer hotel so maybe time will show some wear eventually. The staff are also very kind & attentive—they even provide a personal assistant to help you with anything you need during your stay. Granted this could be a pro or con depending on your personality & culture—some more independent-minded travelers may find it a bit overwhelming/smothering, but for us it was very helpful & Atabek...

“Staff were helpful, food was good, property was clean. The toilet would not flush all the way, the wifi did not work and it was out of cell service, bathroom had no spot to place belongings, and fridge barely worked”
