“The hotel contacted Expedia to cancel my room on the day of arrival in order to accommodate a group of construction workers, without any notice. I had surgery scheduled early the next morning and every hotel in town was booked, so we had to stay in Pullman. It was extremely unprofessional, inconvenient and caused a difficult time to be more challenging than it needed to be.”

“The complimentary breakfast was not great, the fruit looked dated the waffle mix was out, the milk for the cereal was in a pitcher sitting on the counter not chilled and the bread items felt a bit stale they had gravy for the biscuits but it was served in a crock pot that looked like it was just put back in the fridge each day and reheated over and over . I did like that they had small containers of yogurt that were chilled and they did have a good selection of waffle toppings had there been mix...

“At check in I let them know that I had paid for the upgrade room with the couch. They stated that they don’t have those rooms so I asked for a fold away bed, they said they didn’t have those either. They said they would give me extra blankets so one of us could sleep on the floor. I explained that all 3 of us were disabled and we were not sleeping on the floor! They did not offer any money back or accommodations. No elevator was on site so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, and saw blood...

“Bathroom had poo in the toilet and the bed was slept in. The rest of the room looked clean. Staff moved us to another room with stained chair and nasty remote and hairballs on carpet. We were part of a large group and no one else experienced the gross stuff. Rest of the Property was clean and continental breakfast was nice.”

“We had a recently updated 2-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, livingroom, bedroom and bathroom, and it was nice, comfortable and clean. Real mugs, glasses and plates in our kitchenette. Extra towels in the bathroom. A reliable old-time small elevator with a pull-across door gate that just fit the luggage cart and two adults. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.
