“Ottimo Hotel in posiziine centrale ..staff gentile e preparato, struttura bella e nuova. consigliato..!!”

“Todo muy bien. Recomiendo.”

“Hotel is in quiet area of town, which is what I needed after a sleepless night at another hotel in the center. However it is close to eveything. Staff is very helpful and immediately sent maintainance when I requested to fix the toilet seat. Had a massage in room which was great but room is a bit too small and reaquired bed to be moved. Masseuse was excellent and price very reasonable. Lovely inside garden with birds. Can hear neighboring rooms conversation thru walls, probably due to age...

“It was so so. I liked the location. Not alot of access to electric plugs. No TV in English. No smart TV.”

“Nice view of volcano and relax.”
