“Great breakfast, big room yet bathroom was too small for 3 adults. The room we had was not in the main hotel ,it was built on the site yet outside the hotel main rooms. You should ask questions on this prior. The staff could have been more helpful to indicate some facilities were closed in town whilst we asked them specifically on these”

“We absolutely adored our stay. We had stayed here before while using Banos as a central hub for our travels, so we were excited to stay here again. We were lucky to have an upgrade to the detached king room, which was beautiful and spacious. Everything at the property is clean and so well kept. The staff are fantastic and kind, we did a few excursions this time including rafting and hiring bikes to do the waterfall trail. Both were amazing and organised so well by the hotel staff and associated...
