“Tired property. Very slow check in. You must take a number for a machine. You pick either normal check on or express. Nobody knows which one to pick. A lot of people took both. We stay 7 days, we have to exchange 2 times the baby stroller ( the 3rd was complete and worked the way it should). Beach was excellent, the best part of the property. Unnecessary hustle for beach towel ( you must pick them up at one location only, why you don put them in your room, ping pong sets the same, ping pong...

“Room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Our room was extremely small but we only stayed for 1 night so it was fine. If I was staying longer the room would have been too small (we stayed in a luxo casal room).”

“The hotel is older than the pictures on the site shown, not really clean. Noisy, during our staying on Saturday morning 8.30 workers were changing the bath floor in a room close to ours not possible to sleep more, after claiming they stoped... strating again on Monday at 8.30 not possible to sleep more, maintenaince should be made during closure time. Hotel for families full of children jumping and shouting morning and evening.. ”
