“My stay at Mavi Ladin Konukevi was a wonderful experience! Deniz, the host, was always very friendly, helpful and supportive. She’s a woman with a big heart, who loves nature and takes care of dogs and cats. And she prepares great organic breakfasts! “The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the Castle and other interesting sights. The staff were wonderful, kind and considerate. The communal sitting area is lovely and I was plied with tea all afternoon. The place is really warm which as a February visitor was important. The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice. Both my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back for sure.”

“Doğu illerinde maalesef sigara içilen ve içilmeyen oda ayırımı henüz daha bilinçlendirilmemiş. Sanırım Sigara içmeyen veya sigara kokusundan şikayet eden müşteri sayısı daha az olduğu için Otel işletmecileri de müşteri kaybı olmaması açısından sigaradan şikayetçi misafirleri idare etmeye çalışıyor. Sapran Otelde de aynısını yaşadım. Ama hemen odayı değiştirip yardımcı oldular. Güler yüzleri ve yardımcı olan personeli ile gerçekten teşekkür ederim. ”
