“The pool was okay! Overall this place is terribly run down with aircon leaking, tv not functioning in dome rooms, no safe box, toilet ceiling leaking, bath water stagnant at bathing time! “The property is in bad condition as a newer hotel. Need to replace all the bed linens and towels urgently (lots different stains on them). Bathroom needs upgrade. The only good thing about this property is the location. ”

“I found this other person’s complaints on the hotel and I totally agree with everything. Once entering the room the smell is strong of “moldy” or sorts. The sheets had stains, the mirror aren’t clean, sofa had some dirt or sorts and generally doesn’t look clean. Housekeeping came said they cleaned before, I asked to change room said no spare room to change to. In the end just change the sheets and swept the floor. The new sheets had stains too.
