“Great food, nice atmosphere”

“My stay had a negative start when the front desk demanded a payment of utilities at check in. I had already pre-paid for my stay, so this was an unwelcome request. I have never had a hotel ask me to pay utilities. It seems like that should be included in the price of the room. Other than that negative experience, the hotel was beautiful and I had a great experience.”

“Hotel molto buono, personale gentile, ristorante e colazione molto buone. La sola cosa ridicola e un po' truffaldina é il sistema dei prezzi delle carte dei menù e delle escursioni, i prezzi della carta menù sono in USA$, poi vengono addebitati (cambiati) in SR$, le tariffe delle escursioni sono in €. e poi vengono addebitate in SR$. Alla fine quando si vuole pagare il conto al Chek-Out, il tutto viene ancora cambiato ed addebitato in USA$. In poche parole l'importo da pagare subisce 3...

“Au lieu de payé 286 euros comme annoncé. La dame de l'accueil s'est trompé et nous a fait payé 386 euros. Toutes les activités sont payantes tandis qu'il est indiqué qu'elles sont gratuites. Personnelle pas très souriant et peu courtois pour beaucoup. Pas d'eau ni d'électricité ni d'internet dans tout le gîte et aucune possibilité de se faire rembouser une partie du séjour. ”

“Hele fijne gastvrouw en gastheer, behulpzaam: ze belden telkens een taxi voor ons, gaven tips voor trips, ze zijn erg vriendelijk en belangstellend, je voelde je er thuis! Kleinschalig, goed zwembad! Om met plezier terug te komen. Wel taxi nodig voor de binnenstad, verder geen probleem en ook goedkoop.”
