“It is definitely not a hotel facility. Toilet was broken(someone already used the toilet but it was broken so you guess what happened), shower was completely broken, no mosquito net, and no toiletries. No internet, didn't get breakfast. They charged $20USD for oneway pick up service which is more than their room charge. And when i complained to manager he was yelling at me for me to complaining so much. I can't believe you guys booked me this hotel. It was most horrible nightmare hotel ever...

“I have been staying at the Harbour View Suites for many years, when I need to travel to Dar es Salaam. The staff is always incredibly gracious and helpful. Dar is a big and very busy city - and could feel a bit unsafe as a foreigner. However, this hotel occupies the 9th, 10th and 11th floors of a large building with ocean views. “We arrived to Dar at 3:00 a.m. But Hotel provided for hotel shuttle, really apreciate. Medium hotel, clean with nice staff, but facilities has to be improve, as well bathrooms.”
