“Open checking in, I was told I had a room on the 3rd floor. Then promptly told the elevator doesn’t work. After walking 20 miles it was an effort to hike up 3 floors. I would not have booked knowing the elevator was broken. Also the bathroom and room had hair on the floor, so it wasn’t that clean. For what I paid, it was a rip off.”

“La Casona de Nene is a B&B just off Arzua main street. The room was acceptably spacious and decorated with great attention to details in a heavy flowery style, however it did not have any writing desk but only a rack to hang clothes. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom had a basic toiletries supply and unfortunately a very annoying sensor-activated light, which kept going on and off with excessive frequency.
