“I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor.”

“Staff is very nice and helpful, but the place itself is not satisfactory. They need to invest in keeping the place clean, and updated. It has a funky smell all over. ”

I had to contact Expedia for my money, Expedia then gave me a replacement hotel. The owner works there and it’s not a hotel, it’s a restaurant with some nasty old rooms. Avoid it at all cost!”
