The staff are excellent and compensated for the state of the building. If you intend staying there in the next year, I'd suggest you find out first of all whether the building works have been completed. “I regret booking this place, it’s very dull and needs a lot of maintenance, the wardrobe was outside our room, how in earth do you expect people to keep their clothes in the wardrobe placed on a passage where everyone has access on? There was no dustbin in our room and the toilet, I was not even told where the kitchen was, I booked for 2 people, but there was one glass, one towel for the entire 2days.
