“If you book with Expedia, please make a pay attention to your booking. The hotel does not necessarily pay full attention when we checked them we were put into the wrong room until we were able to catch it. The spa was amazing a bit dated, but overall the services were really great. The food was great as well. Service was great. Overall the Internet was terrible. “Hôtel géré par un personnel gentil mais qui n'a aucune connaissance de l’hôtellerie et n'a aucun sens de l'accueil des clients. L'hôtel met en avant beaucoup d'engagements écrits, mais ne sait en tenir aucun. L'établissement manque cruellement d'entretien et de maintenance et parait totalement à l’abandon. C'est vraiment très cher pour ce que c'est surtout dans une ville comme Lomé. C'est bien dommage, car il pourrait faire un bel hôtel !!”
