“When I checked in aside from the check-in staffer, a nice young lady, there was a handyman/maintenance person beside her who was rude kept interjecting into my conversation with the young lady and he was definitely intoxicated, I could've gotten drunk off of his smell alone. This was extremely unprofessional and I was concerned for the young lady's safety as it was late in the evening. I left to a hockey game and came back and he was no longer in the lobby and there was no staff at the desk. ...

“Parking was great was moving so it was a quick overnight .but the pool was relaxing it was a tuesday night not super busy great after a day of loading a truck and needing to be on the road early early”

“Not handicap accessible and the bed where advertise that's too qúeen but instead they were two doubles”

“Disorganized shuttle to & from turning Stone. Waited 45 minutes to return to the hotel which is literally across the highway. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.”
