“My second time at Jetwing Jaffna and the stay this time was somewhat disappointing. We were there for 8 days. On our first day, we heard loud drilling and banging in the room. There are contractors working on the building next door. We asked to be moved but were offered a room half the size of the original so we declined. Our room was noisy, not just drilling and banging (starting very early in the morning) but you could also hear the cleaning staff in the corridor early in the morning plus...

“The resort was beautiful. Room was clean and very modern. Only thing is on the weekends there are some wedding photo shoots only in the morning time. They don't bother anyone but it's just a minor inconvenience. The pool was a huge plus, it was really nice and always warm. Not sure if it's heated or not but it sure felt like it.”
