“The hotel is well located on the seafront, with a lovely ocean view and direct access to a large mall, with good shopping and food options. The room was clean and nicely furnished, spacious with a very comfy bed and plenty of hot water. The pool is on the 6th floor and is clean and well maintained, however there is no shade, there are umbrella holders, but sadly no umbrellas, lots of guests were looking for shade. “I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. They reported the Wi-Fi issue three times and were told someone would come fix it, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t working when they checked out. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!”

“Hotel pulito, confortevole, elegante e con personale ospitale; ciònonostante ho dovuto dare disdetta per il resto del soggiorno dopo due sole notti, non potendolo fare prima. L'albergo è ubicato in zona remota (che non consente utilizzo di altri servizi se non quelli dell'albergo), tale da renderlo completamente isolato. Infrequentabile da questa posizione Manado, la sua realtà, i mercati, raggiungibili solo dopo quasi 3/4 d'ora di macchina.Da consigliare soltanto ad una compagnia di amici che...

“I used to stay in this hotel several years ago but my recent stay was not as good as I remembered . The room was not as clean as it’s supposed to be, the bathroom and sink were dirty and full of stains. The towel looks dingy. The breakfast buffet is okay. The staff was very nice and so helpful.”

“Just a quick one night stay before flying home. The stay was very accommodating with an early dinner order as we had an early morning flight. They also provided us with a breakfast to go and transport to Manado airport. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely one night stay.”

“The breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and only one protein choice, usually fried. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...
