“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Nice clean room. Hotel is very nice overall. The staff stood out the most to me. Friendly people. Valet, receptionists, bartender, and especially the bellman Dejuann. All very kind. Check in/out was seemless. I would just suggest menus and opening/closing times for restaurants and bar in the hotel. ”
