“The room was not only clean, everything was new since the Hyatt at Woodward Corners just opened. Beautiful finishes in the room, including the kitchen area. Wonderful walk-in shower. Great selection of hot and cold foods at the complementary breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again. Reasonably priced - good location.”

“Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. Breakfast was a little pricey for what was offered, but it was delicious. The tram is nearby and comes every 15 minutes or so. Only complaint, and it has nothing to do with the hotel, but there is a sewer grate on the corner ans the smell can be overwhelming outside.”

“Needs updating super badly! Wallpaper peeling in my room. Hot water doesn’t come out the sink in bathroom. I had to use the tub for hot water. The tv remote for lobby was not the correct one to room. Your smoke detector in room not attached it’s showing exposed wires.”

“Very convenient to where I needed to be. Super friendly staff great service. Couple of minor issues in the room, and maintenance was very prompt in addressing. Good Friday at breakfast, but some of the breads were a little stale. They were very prompt in replacing items and keeping the area clean. Like that they had different for adoptions each day and bananas every day. New property and a great condition. Would definitely stay there again.”
