The hotel seemed outdated. I had the room closer to the desk and ice machine. It was very loud. Plus the door that’s used to access the next room shook everytime the main room door opened. The staff was very friendly!

We booked a Jacuzzi room. It looked nice on the surface. It was quiet minus the refrigerator that makes noise. I notified the front desk. She said they thought they fixed it but she would let them know again. They were very short staffed but she did her best to accommodate us. My biggest issue is that my husband and I were bitten!!! Apparently our room has bed bugs!!!!!! I notified Expedia and they are still waiting on a response from the hotel. This is so unfortunate because overall the room was nice

The staff was very nice and when our toilet stopped working in our room we went out for lunch and by the time we were back they already had a new room ready for us a few rooms down, no hassle at all!

Overall, it was a great stay and the location is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and did an amazing job. Suite Rooms are a little outdated leading to some issues (i.e. no smart tv, shower has a loud squealing noise in plumbing, fitness room equipment broken or needs consistent maintenance; door keycard constantly doesn’t work).

At first it was great because they let us check in early and we were very tired. So that was a blessing. However, the hallway smelled like weed the whole time and it was loud. The carpet had stains in the room and so did the bathtub. We only stayed one night so it wasn't terrible, but it's definitely not a place I would spend more time.

Really nice property at a great price. Clean room, comfortable bed, decent bathroom and good breakfast. The only con is that housekeeping is only available upon request, which is due to short staffing, but they have any items you may need available upon request from the front desk. Will definitely book again.

For some reason, my keys kept losing their ability to work..? And I made sure they were not near a magnet. Thankfully I was staying nearby the desk and the people were helpful at the desk! Otherwise, it’s a little lived in but comfortable nonetheless

One of the best stay ever. Nice and clean suite. Great customer service feel like home . Definitely highly recommended and i will stay again. Sharuk was so professional and helpful. I cane late to breakfast and still serve me also i needed a jump to my car and they went to the store buy one and helped me jump my car. My family and i had a amazing saty. Thanks again

Good Service; Not the best exp. with a GS to car
First of all, I would like to say the service was great. Very nice folks at check-in and at breakfast. The room itself was a little dated, but perfectly clean and nice. But there were several other big problems. 1) The rooms are all advertised to be 'soundproof'. But throughout the night, we were woken up by sound from other rooms - other people playing TV/music loudly. 2) The walls in the room were paper thin. Every time somebody flushed their toilet and had the shower running, the sound echoed in the room and the noise was so loud that it seemed like a freight train going through the room. 3) The worst issue was getting a phone call from my girlfriend's mom at 2:00 AM, saying that the police were there looking for her because there was an issue with her car. Turns out there was an altercation between a few people - some domestic dispute and there were gun shots. One of the bullets went through the front of her SUV parked in the parking lot of the hotel and had damaged the radiator (& God knows what else). The Warren police at traced the car license plates and gone to her house. After we got the phone call, we went downstairs to find the police processing the crime scene. I have attached pictures of the bullet hole to the car, the damage and the car being towed. We have no idea what the damage estimate is and are stuck here in Detroit till the car gets repaired. I understand this might not be anything to do with the hotel, but it did happen in the parking lot.
