“The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly upon checking in and out.
My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door.
The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there.
I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting!”

“Great location, walkable attractions, and incredible food, with excellent hospitality. My only complaint was a transportation issue that caused us to miss our first day of check-in. I was in contact with the hotel directly but received no response, so when we arrived, they gave up our room. This was eventually corrected, but I would like a credit for that day or a refund. Housekeeping was another issue— we didn’t see housekeeping until checkout, and towels and washcloths took hours to receive.”

“I'm a retired Facility Maintenance Director. When I pay for service I expect high quality, well maintained, and clean facilities for my hotel stay.
Sonesta Simply Suites is not well maintained, in fact it's poorly maintained.
Cobwebs, debris, dust in the corner by PTAC unit. Behind the bedside table is disgusting. It appears these tables are never pulled away from the wall and cleaned and vacuumed.
Rust build up on the caulking around the tub. Lower baseboard under towel rack in the restroom...
