Welcome to your quiet and family-friendly retreat in the heart of Ferndale, Michigan. This comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation — ideal for families, small groups, and business travelers alike. Centrally located near Downtown Ferndale, guests are just minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment options.

15 minutes to Beaumont Hospital – Royal Oak
18 minutes to Downtown Birmingham
15–20 minutes to Downtown Detroit

After booking, guests will receive access to our digital Guidebook/House Manual, which includes recommendations for local restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do during your stay.

Main Floor:
Two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with full-size beds, offer restful spaces for relaxation. The full bathroom on this level includes a bathtub, perfect for a warm soak after exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and utensils, along with a small bar area featuring two seats for casual dining.

Lower Level:
Downstairs, you’ll find a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, located in a partially finished basement area that stays cool and quiet year-round. This level also includes a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.

A 3D tour of the layout is available in our digital house manual once your reservation is confirmed.

Outdoor Area:
The property includes a spacious backyard with a small patio (outdoor seating available spring through fall). Please note that the backyard is not yet fully fenced across the driveway, though a full fence installation is planned soon.

Parking:
Guests have access to both driveway and street parking. Please do not block the sidewalk with vehicles, and note that street parking is permitted only on one side of the street — be sure to check signs before parking.

Please Note: We require a 4-night minimum stay for guests residing within the local area. If you are a local resident and have questions regarding this policy, please send us an inquiry before booking.


Extra Charges & House Rules

Please review these important policies to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

Smoking Policy:
Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Any smell or physical evidence of smoking will result in a $750 cleaning charge due to the extra cleaning required.

Late Check-Outs:
Unapproved late check-outs (15 minutes or more past the set time) will incur a $150+ charge. Please coordinate with us in advance if you need additional time.

Parties or Gatherings:
This property maintains a strict no-party policy. Unauthorized events or gatherings will result in a $1,000 fee, plus any costs for damages or extra cleaning.

Lost or Damaged Equipment:
A $200 fee applies for lost or damaged remotes or any other amenity equipment.

Pet Policy
We love pets, and well-behaved animals are welcome under the following guidelines:
$75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (pets must be added to the reservation)
Pets must be house-trained and kenneled when left alone indoors
Pets must remain leashed when outside the home
Guests must bag and properly dispose of all pet waste in outdoor garbage bins
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding
Guests assume full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets
Please inform us if you’re traveling with pets so we can ensure the home is prepared for your stay.
