The space
This is an upper-level duplex unit. Guest have their own private entrance at the back door, parking is on the driveway located at the side of the house. The driveway is only used for the upper-level guest.
We love this neighborhood, all the neighbors are welcoming and helpful. The neighborhood is a quiet and family-friendly community. You will find that many of the homes in this area have undergone impressive renovations.
This neighborhood is continuously having renovations done as it’s up and coming. We are happy to offer a place where people can experience the infamous city of Detroit.

You are next to the beautiful city of Corktown, the oldest city in Detroit. This city is a youthful area with many historical buildings to visit. Corktown offers diverse restaurants, live music, and a variety of shops. You are also 1 mile away from Downtown Detroit which is home to Comerica Park. There are endless places to explore throughout the city even through the night.

The duplex unit has parking in the driveway of the home for the second floor, guests will enter the back door and will be provided an access code for the smart lock before check-in.
