Owner never sent me the check in details. Reached out several times to both owner and vrbo. I was scammed out of my money.

Stay away from this property!!!!!

We received checking instructions extremely late. Approximately an hour and a half before checking in. After we got there he realized that he gave me the wrong check instructions for the wrong property. Then once we got inside we realized and found out that there was no air conditioning. We were never told that and it was in the low 90s for temperature. The bathroom smelled like urine and had not been cleaned. The toilet had pubic hair and urine on the rim. Absolutely disgusting. And on the guest bedroom there was no sheets. There were also holes in the walls and ceiling was messed up from previously leaking. I have stayed at several VRBO and this was absolutely the worst experience ever. I would not stay there for FREE!!!!

Water dripping on your head.

Water dripped on your head from the bathroom ceiling when going to the bathroom. Serious water damage going on. Kitchen was nice, garbage disposal did not work. Floors were filthy. Location is good for downtown events. Parking was expensive for one night. Figuring out the lock box deal was confusing it would be impossible in the dark. No AC, bring a fan. Building is old and dirty. If you are just sleeping there for fun downtown it's okay. If you are looking for someplace to hang out, look elsewhere.

Good location, difficult check in/unclear directions

Pros: Good location, the apartment was cleaned well. Okay place to stay if you need a convenient place to just sleep right downtown. Cons: Extremely difficult to get into the lock box to get the key. Minimal and unclear check-in and check-out instructions (owner texted me a week after my stay looking for the key that I left at the property). Also very little furniture within the unit, so any more than two people can't really utilize the living spaces.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT AND THE UNIT MAY HAVE BEEN ALSO IF WE WERE ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND WE WERE STILL CHARGED.
