“Staff was very courteous ”

“The staff was very courteous; provided us with bottles of water upon arrival and was overall very friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a delicious array of muffins, make-your-own belgian waffles, chicken sausage, potatoes, cereal, fruit and yogurt.”

“The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Although the elevator was out of order, my room was conveniently located near the stairs. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again next time.”

“Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”
